What does a Coach/Counselor do?
As your Coach/Counselor, I don’t have your answers but I can ask the questions that will enable you to find your own way. I provide a new perspective as well as information & tools. My holistic approach draws on my background in psychology, metaphysics, life experience and years as a counselor to give me many ways to support you.
How does it work?
First, we have a 30 minute free session to decide if we are a good fit. If we decide to go forward, you pick the package you want, and we set up an appointment. Contact Dr. Fennell for your FREE session.
What else is important?
Making changes takes time and commitment so it works best if coaching is consistent. Honesty and accountability are also important. If, for some reason, you don’t think this approach is working for you, let me know and we will change it or refund unused fees.

- Identify one or two concerns to focus on
- Look at roadblocks and sabotaging beliefs
- Create a strategic plan
- Find resources and support
- Take steps to make changes
- Get support to move ahead 5 1-hour sessions in person with phone support: $475.00
- "MOVING MOUNTAINS" PACKAGE
This package will enable you to:
- Create a vision for your life
- Analyze the gaps and decide what you want to fill
- Discover and remove the "Boulders and Pebbles" that are sabotaging you
- Reclaim your values and strengths
- Create actions and accountability plans to make and keep changes
- Create support systems and motivation needed for long-term change
- Revisit your vision and improve it
- Celebrate your new life 8-10 sessions @$95.00 each over 6 months period
